Payment and cancellation conditions: Advance payment of 30% is mandatory. Advance payment may be done by bank transfer. If cancellation is received 60 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in full. In all other cases the advance payment will not be refunded.
Other: Safety deposit of 500€ will be taken at check-in.
Smoking is not permitted in the house. However, smoking is permitted outside the house.
Pets: No pets are allowed in the house.
